Marketers who stopped assembling campaigns.
We used to block out three weeks for a launch. Last one took an afternoon, and the email outperformed the version our agency wrote.
Sofia MarchettiHead of Growth, Northwave I was ready to hate the copy. It sounds like us — because it learned from us, not from the internet.
Daniel OkoyeBrand Lead, Rally Goods The per-channel thing is the whole point. We stopped shipping one asset squeezed into five shapes.
Priya RamanMarketing Manager, Fieldnote Cost per acquisition down 34% in the first quarter, and I am not rebuilding a reporting deck every Monday.
Tom BergströmPerformance Director, Cadence Retail Approvals used to be the bottleneck. Now the whole team works in one place and nothing ships without a sign-off.
Amara DialloCampaign Operations, Studio Meridian It caught that our tone shifts between B2B and consumer. I did not tell it that — it worked it out from our old campaigns.
Lucas FerreiraContent Strategist, Halden & Co Two people now do what took six. That is not a headcount story, it is a nobody-does-copy-paste-anymore story.

The things people ask first.
Will it sound like us, or like AI?
It learns your voice from your own material — your site, your guidelines, your past campaigns — and writes from that model rather than a generic one. You approve everything before it ships, and edits feed back into the model.
Do you train on our data?
No. Your content, brand model and results stay in your workspace. They are never used to train shared models and never pooled with another customer's data.
What if the output is wrong?
Nothing sends without a named approver signing off. You can edit any asset directly, regenerate a single channel, or rewrite the brief and start again — the other channels stay as they are.
Which channels does it actually publish to?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business, X, Email and SMS, with webhooks for anything else in your stack. Each one gets copy and creative built for that channel's format, not one asset resized.
How long does setup take?
Connecting a site and generating a first campaign takes about ten minutes. Building a brand model you trust for everything usually takes one afternoon of feeding it real material and correcting what it gets wrong.
Can we keep using our existing tools?
Yes. CampaignX replaces the assembly work between them, not necessarily the tools themselves. Most teams keep their CRM and analytics and let CampaignX handle brief-to-launch.
